8. Poster content shall contain introduction, abstract, problem statement, objective, research methodology, results, conclusion, consent, and references, with the ability to free edit.
9. Applications must be submitted by the country representative before September 15, 2024.
10. The poster must be uploaded to the forum's website after review and approval by the representatives of the countries. Additionally, students may bring a printed copy.
11. The poster will be judged based on the file uploaded on the website.
12. Poster that does not follow the above rules and conditions will not be considered.

1.2 Conditions for submission of work by the representative of the state

1. The scientific paper must be done by a researcher or academic.
2. The scientific paper title must be expressive and concise.
3. The scientific paper must be carried out by the participating country.
4. It can be applied to participate in the forum with a scientific paper, even if the scientific paper completed or participated in another scientific event, only in case it is compatible with the subjects and topics of the forum.
5. Only one scientific paper can be submitted, and it may include interdisciplinary ideas.
6. The scientific papers must submit Extended Abstract
7. The name of the main speaker and the alternate speaker must be entered on the scientific paper.
8. Applications must be submitted by the country representative before September 22, 2024.
9. Scientific paper presentation or poster must be submitted as a file through the Power Point presentation program if its approved.
10. Any scientific paper that does not follow the above rules and conditions will not be considered.
11. The representative of the country must review and approve the research paper submitted in this session in its final form.

1. Undergraduate students can only participate
2. The student should not be in their first year or a graduate.
3. The student's major must be one of the related fields.
4. The student must be a Gulf citizen (holding the nationality of a participating country).
